We had a lovely time at Belgravia. It is a lovely family location which is quiet yet full of life and in walking distance of town and the beach. The apartment is clean and with everything you need for a home away from home. We loved our stay.

“This place was wonderful! Located in a complex that has some flats rented to tourists and some occupied by residents. The view and proximity to the beach make it feel a bit like a resort (in a good way). The place was lovely and Johanna (on-site contact person) was incredibly helpful, friendly, and communicative. Our only regret was we didn't get to stay longer. We're Americans, so we had a bit of trouble figuring out a few of the appliances. Johanna was available to drop by and show us how to work them - but if you're unfamiliar with electric ovens or European symbols try to remember to ask during the check-in. Very close to several beaches, a supermarket. Restaurants and shops very nearby, and with just a short walk you can make it to the old town where there are tons of charming boutiques, restaurants, cafes, etc. Johanna provided us with a little map and was kind enough to point out a few well known spots in town to visit.”

We would like to express our deep gratitude to the organizers of our holiday Frans and Johanna! Not at the first time we choose apartments for accommodation on vacation, but we did not know that this type of accommodation is so convenient, before we met them. We booked apartments three times through their agency from 23-03-2017 till 17-06-2017. The first time in Belgravia complex, the second time in Bellavista del Puerto and the third time in Puerto Alto.
The apartment is located in the heart of the port, but at the same time in a very quiet and peaceful complex, which has a swimming pool with sun beds. The apartment is located on the ground floor. It is very cosy, decorated with taste. There is a small patio. The apartment has everything you need! All utensils, coffee machine, spices, coffee, tea, oil for frying, etc., ironing board, iron, hairdryer, soap supplies, and if something is not from your usual household item, then you can ask and it is organized (extreme requests are exception). There is television, but no Russian channels, there is Internet. The location gives the place a very big advantage. A lot of restaurants are nearby. All in walking distance: 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket, 10 minutes to the centre.
Summarizing the above written, our experiment was very pleased, we recommend that agency to everyone, and if it will be possible, we will book through them again.

Het appartement BC19b is ruim, zeer goed gelegen (vlak bij winkels), en voor 2 personen erg goed ingericht. Het is een appartement dat voor de zomer en de tussenseizoenen erg geschikt is.
Bij koud weer is het moeilijk warm te stoken. Gelukkig wordt het appartement beheerd door Johanna, die er alles aan doet om het de gasten zo goed als mogelijk is naar de zin te maken. Niets is haar te veel en zij doet alles met een glimlach. Al met al: zeer geschikt voor de warmere periodes in Estepona.

Wij hebben een prima tijd gehad in Estepona. Over het algemeen best goed weer en soms wat regen maar nooit koud.
Het appartement was prima verzorgd en van alle gemakken voorzien.  Een nadeel is de beperkte ruimte om in de zon te zitten en dan met name namiddag en avond. Het zwembad met de fraaie tuin en ligbedden compenseerde dat weer voor een deel. De ligging is verder prima met de Supersol tegenover en de haven met zijn restaurants vlakbij.
Wij kijken terug op een prima ontmoeting met Estepona en dan ook vooral door de voortreffelijke begeleiding van het hele team. Hartelijk dank en graag tot volgend jaar.

We were welcomed by Hans's friend and she was very nice and if we had any problems they were looked after promptly by Walter. The apartment is very comfortable, well furnished and well equipped kitchen. Love the shower...its big and has a rain shower head. The bed is comfortable (it's two beds). The decor of the entire apartment is really eye appealing as well. It is on the ground floor, so it's only windows are the large patio front room door and deep window well windows in the bedroom. We were there in October and were very comfortable. Hans mentioned he was putting in an air conditioner which would we a great addition for the warmer weather. We enjoyed our stay in the lovely apartment and Estepona was a really nice seaside town to explore, eat and experience the sea. Loads of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Hans was great to work with and I highly recommend his place. We are two women (50's) friends travelling together. We felt very safe at the apartment complex in and Estepona itself.

The apartment was spacious very clean and covered every aspect from shopping trolly bags to beach chairs fully equipped kitchen with every utensil needed. Set in a great location for the port, beaches and town,with a beautiful south facing balcony.
On arrival we were met by Johanna who was extremely helpful on imformaton about appartment and surroundings area. We would certainly stop in the appartment should we return to estepona in the future.

The Belgravia Club was very nice, pool area perfect, even nicer than on the pictures. The flat is beautiful (quality marbel floor and kitchen), very nicely decorated and fully furnished. Johanna, the property manager, took a very good care of us (arrival, local advice, sorting out our issues). Its very close to restaurants (in marina), supermarket (SuperSol and SuperCor) and the Cristo Beach. Hans responded very quicky to our queries and messages. The only problem we felt in the appartment was a wet wall, but we believe that Hans is sorting this out now.

Is een vakantie om nooit, nooit, te vergeten. Niet alleen was ze inhoudelijk zo bijzonder, omwille van het vakantiegeschenk ons gegeven door onze kleinkinderen, omwille van ons 50 jarig huwelijksfeest, maar ze was ook super bijzonder door de goede begeleiding van ‘Estepona Vakantiehuizen’.
De maanden vooraf kregen in het ‘Nederlands’ alle gewenste informatie. De week voor het vertrek werden wij door Johanna gebriefd. Met vreugde bereikte wij onze vakantiewoning, er wachtte ons een goed onthaal en wij kregen alle mogelijke uitleg en uitstapmogelijkheden. Het verblijf was super en wij hadden een aangenaam afscheidsgesprek. Alles was perfect verlopen.

“We stayed in this apartment for a very short period of time, but we loved it. It has been furnished with a lot of care for detail, and makes you feel at home immediately. It is situated on a shared patio area with a little fountain and some (small) orange trees. Very cute. There is a lovely pool at Belgravia Club, and the very family friendly Santa Cristo beach is only a few minutes' walk away. The marina is literally around the corner. We are already considering coming back next year! ”

“Nous avons été accueilli par Johanna, très bon accueil et très bonne adresse. Vraiment un accueil sincère et aimable. Nous avons été enchanté de l'appartement très bien équipé, lave linge, lave vaisselle, tout le matériel comme chez vous. C'est la première fois que nous avons autant d'équipement de qualité. Les lits jumeaux sont confortable. WI-FI fonctionne très bien. Chaînes françaises à disposition ce qui est rare. A 20 minutes de centre d'Estepona et à 5 minutes de restaurants et de commerce. La résidence est très bien entretenue, calme, belle piscine avec transat. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, la décoration est sympa et pas marqué. Très arrangeant pour le départ car nous avons dû partir un peu plus tard suite à notre vol annulé par Ryanair. Parking dans la résidence.”

Op 10 mei 2016 was het weer zover. Heerlijk een weekje naar Estepona. Ditmaal gekozen voor Belgravia BC19b. Een paar dagen voor vertrek kijk je naar de weerkaart. De eerste 3 dagen uitsluitend regen. En dat in een land waar 300 dagen per jaar de zon schijnt.
Een lang verhaal kort, het was en heerlijke week. En die eerste 3 dagen plakten we erachteraan met als gevolg dat we toch nog een week zon genoten.
Johanna stond weer met van alles klaar. Haar is niets teveel en als je een onbezorgde vakantie wilt genieten dan ben je bij Estepona Vakantiehuizen in goede handen.
Het dorp Estepona wordt steeds mooier, interessanter en vooral Spaanser. Prachtige bloembakken tegen de gevels, heerlijke terrassen in het centrum met een fantastische sfeer.
Estepona Vakantiehuizen is een aanrader. Wij komen er al jaren en zijn enorm tevreden. Niet in de laatste plaats door die 2 prachtige mensen, Johanna en Frans.

The area is also perfect and you do not need a car as it is right in Estepona port with playa cristo within a few minutes walk. Would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family. Dit appartement heeft alles voor een top verblijf in Estepona. Wij werden hartelijk ontvangen door Johanna die ons op de hotspots en heerlijke  restaurantjes heeft getipt. Estepona is verder een opgeruimde stad vol vrolijke kleuren, bloemen en planten. Het appartement ligt op een steenworp afstand van de haven en gezellige terasjes. In het appartement hangt een huiselijke sfeer. Verder zijn een mooie keuken, stort douche en goede bedden aanwezig.  Je kan zelfs kiezen uit dikke of dunne slaapkussens. Bij het verlaten van het appartement stap je direct op een mooie binnenplaats met actieve fontein. Wij waren in no time gewend en in de juiste Spaanse modus. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.

We have just had a months stay in "Prachtig apartment" and loved it. Our host was welcoming and helpful, the apartment is smart, well equipped and very clean, having all the English TV channels was an extra bonus. The situation is perfect, 5 minutes to the marina, restaurants and supermarket and another 5 minutes gets you to the superb esplanade and beach. The old town is lovely and a great place to explore.The Belgravia Club development is very well looked after and, certainly at this time of year, very quiet. We loved Estepona and all that it has to offer especially because, as well as being a holiday resort, it is a proper Spanish town full of people getting on with their lives. We will definitely be back.

“Our stay at "Prachtig apartment" couldn't have been any better. Communication was fantastic; Hans, Johanna and her husband were amazingly flexible and extremely helpful. We were given advice on places to visit and eat then offered to be dropped off at the bus station at the end of our stay. The apartment was perfect with everything we could need. It was a 5 min walk from the beach, supermarket, bars, restaurants and only a short taxi ride or blissful walk to Estepona's vibrant Old Town. The pool is lovely and the Belgravia Club complex in which the apartment is situated is very beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here for all of these reasons and more. We had such a perfect experience. Thank you Hans, Johanna and husband (we're sorry we missed your name) we shall return.”

Wij zijn in de periode van 27 augustus t/m zondag 6 september 10 dagen in dit appartement BC19b geweest aan de Costa del Sol. We waren in de plaats Estepona.
We hebben daar een zeer netjes onderkomen gehad met zelfs een vaatwasser en wasmachine. Heerlijk overdekt buiten kunnen zitten te eten. Ook de Nederlandse TV is daar standaard aanwezig.
De ontvangst door Johanna was zoals het ook hoort.
Alles keurig geregeld door haar zoals was afgesproken. Tevens goed advies gekregen waar je wat kunt krijgen en waar je goed kunt eten
Vanuit dit appartement ben je binnen 5 minuten op het strand en het zwembad is binnen een minuut bereikbaar.
Ook hebben wij lekker kunnen golfen (er zijn er wel 40 golfbanen binnen 30 kilometer).
Een airco zal nog iets toevoegen aan de appartement i.p.v. de ventilator (piepend) vooral als het in juli en augustus vaak rond de 35 graden is, maar voor de rest alleen maar positief.
Wij komen zeker terug in de mooie plaats Estepona. Leuke stad met goede restaurants aan de kust. Gunstige prijsstelling wat je er voor krijgt. Dit geldt voor het eten en drinken maar ook zeker voor het appartement.
Al met al een echte aanrader!

We had a great time at the apartment. Our host was very welcoming and met us when we arrived and told us lots of places to see and go out for food in Estepona. The apartment was clean and the free WI-FI was great. We would highly recommend this apartment!

Het appartement was top: alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, het was schoon en leuk ingericht. De locatie vlak bij de haven en het strand was ook ideaal en met  een half uurtje lopen ben je in het centrum van Estepona. We zijn hartelijk ontvangen door Johanna, de beheerder, die ons veel nuttige tips gaf over restaurantjes en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Hans, de eigenaar, was goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam als we een vraag hadden. Een enorme aanrader!

Beautiful hidden little gem in Estepona Marina. Meet by Hans, the owner, on arrival, very helpful with details of his property & grounds also the local area. We found the apartment to be done to a high spec, & very comfortable. Belgravia club has easy acess to the beach. Pool on site was very quite. All clean & well kept. Estepona Marina less than 5min walk from Belgravia has plenty of bars & resturants to cater for all tastes.
Would deffininitly return.

I said I would be back in Estepona during my previous stay in the spring of 2014. And here I am writing another review exactly one year later, this time in Belgravia Club, also in the spring time of 2015.
Having a holiday booked in Estepona for the end of March/beginning of April always seems to ensure the Dutch Winter months pass more quickly. And this time I also hit extremely luckily with all blue skies and temperatures of around 25°C, higher than the normal for this time of the year.
BC19b is a well equipped, 1 bed room apartment, the only item missing (or that I couldn't find) was a Tea Pot, essential equipment for an Englishman!
I found that Belgravia Club is extremely well maintained and quiet!
I will be back (seem to have heard that before).
And last but certainly not least, a big thank you to Johanna and Frans for their help and service in ensuring that my stay was, like last year, a very memorable holiday. I should also add that their advice on places to eat out was extremely valuable, Highlight restaurants for me, among others, being La Escollera for the fish and La Pintoresca for tapas and fish, both in the harbor area.

Bedankt dat je ons zo fijn hebt ontvangen bij Belgravia Club!
Ondanks dat het al 22 uur was. Je hebt ons uitgebreid de omgeving uitgelegd en de praktische zaken. Wij waren erg tevreden over ons appartement. Perfect voor 2 personen! Wij vonden Belgravia Club een fijn complex omdat het niet grootschalig is.
Het zag er netjes en goed onderhouden uit. Het zwembad was groot genoeg en er waren fijne ligbedden. Dus we geven een dikke 9 voor het geheel.
Ook fijn was dat jij er was om ons uit te zwaaien!

Goedenavond Johanna,
Bij aankomst in Estepona werden wij gastvrij ontvangen door jou en naar het appartement gebracht. We hebben de hele week genoten van de leuke omgeving en het gezellige en vooral comfortabele appartement! Op loopafstand heerlijke restaurantjes en een mooi strand! Het is zeker de moeite waard om nog een keer bij jullie terug komen.
Dus...... tot ziens!!
